The IPL 2014 Auction will take place on Wednesday 12 and, if necessary , Thursday 13 February 2014.
All players (capped or uncapped , in India or abroad , or those who have not played in IPL 2013) should be included in 2014 player auction process if they want to play in IPL 2014. The only exceptions are those in advance , kept as described above.
Only players who are selling process player IPL 2014 auction (but are not taken for a franchise player for the auction) are eligible to be considered as a replacement for the IPL 2014 season Seven.
The format of the IPL 2014 Auction for player will be very similar to the 2013 player auction, with the addition that each franchise will " to conform rights " a number of which shall be exercisable during the auction for all players who were scripts in 2013.
The number of "correspond to rights" are available for a franchise depends on the number of players who held the franchise in advance.
